STUDIO MANAGER - NEW YORK (SoHo) Studio – Full Time Position

Supporting our Operations Director in all aspects of office management, general admin, studio and design assistance. This is a one-of-a kind opportunity to work in a dynamic creative environment and be an integral part of an amazing and hard working team.
– Arranging travel for our team members in all company locations
– Liaise with the our other studio location managers to sync projects/workloads
– Supply ordering
– Assist the finance department
– Liaise with recruiters in the search for new hires
– Keeping the studio clean and organized
– Handle all office issues i.e. Liaise with the cleaning companies, landlords etc., etc.
– You will be the main point of contact in our upcoming studio relocation i.e. working with realtors, moving company, infrastructure companies etc., etc.
Stellar at working with to-do lists, calendars, email and extremely organised with a strong ability to multi-task.
A real team player; adaptable, with a strong 'can do attitude', and an eagerness to learn. Great communication skills - must be a confident and effective communicator with a professional and friendly demeanor and a great attention to detail.
Proactive, independent, reliable and willing to make a long term commitment to the company.
With previous hands-on experience in providing administrative, executive, or personal support.
Strong proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word for Mac.

MIDDLEWEIGHT BEVERAGE PACKAGING PRODUCTION ARTIST - NEW YORK (SoHo) Studio – Full Time Position
U.S. WORK PERMIT REQUIRED
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Artist at middleweight level (minimum of 3 years experience) to be part of our NYC team supporting the design team to translate concepts to final mechanical production artwork for print/production.
The ability to work to tight timelines and specify printing/production to high standards with great attention to detail is very important, as is the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in written and spoken English.
Your Mac OS skill set will include expert level Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
A flexible hard work ethic is a must. Please provide examples of your previous mechanical production artworks and a detailed resume to be considered for interview.
