Senior Designer with alcoholic drinks branding and packaging experience. We are looking for an exceptional experienced designer capable of managing and art directing projects from conception to print/production in a client facing role in our London studio. Your Mac skill set will include expert level Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The ability to work as part of a team and on your own is very important, as is the ability to communicate effectively and work with creative energy and passion. A flexible hard work ethic is a must. Stranger & Stranger Inc is seeking a Financial Controller for our US studios. The role is based in New York City.

This role handles all financial aspects of Stranger & Stranger Inc and other related entities as follows:
> Create sales invoices and bill clients in a timely manner
> Maintaining tight control over debtors and liaising with Project Managers over any issues with payment
> Prepare client contracts as and when needed
> Organize and enter all purchase orders/receipts to ensure all vendors are paid per invoice payment terms
> Process ad-hoc company purchases as requested by management
> Prepare weekly Profit & Loss reports to ensure the company accounts are accurate; making adjustments as needed (i.e. prepayments & accruals)
> Prepare monthly reconciliation reports for the company’s bank, credit cards and PayPal accounts
> Liaise with UK Financial Controller weekly to ensure both sets of company accounts are accurate and up-to-date
> Keep management aware of current financial position of the company, highlighting any concerns
> Process inter-company loans as and when needed
> Liaise with corporate accountants regularly to discuss tax planning strategies
> Liaise with legal team regularly to ensure that the company always operates under compliance with NY and CA state laws
> Process and enter all new hire/independent contractor documentation (i.e. ensuring that we have W-9, W-8BEN, I-9 and W-4 forms as applicable, prepare employment & independent contractor agreements, etc)
> Prepare and issue 1099-MISC forms to all independent contractors at year end
> Process payroll and employee expense payments monthly
> Issue employee W-2’s at year end
